Take a moment for yourself after the morning rush. Drop off the kids, then join us for tea and a space to exhale, hear your breath, and just be. This circle is an opportunity to embrace your feelings, share your experiences, and shift perspectives, all while being supported by a community of fellow mothers.

Hosted by Doula Quinne, a mother of two and DONA International-trained birth doula, this circle is designed to nurture you during the sometimes overwhelming postpartum period. Since 2012, Quinne has focused on guiding mothers through mindful practices and embodiment techniques, offering tools to help them settle into their own awakening as mothers.

In this space, there are no experts—only shared wisdom. Together, we create a community that uplifts one another while honoring the unique strength each of us carries. We are not meant to do this alone.
